1. How efficient do you feel about your learning? (If its not efficient, what is the distraction?) / 學習效率？

My learning efficiency normally goes with my mood to be honest.

Ive heard lots of people saying that they dont feel like doing anything when they are in a down mood, but sometimes the bad emotions could also be my motivation. Im the kind of person who needs to concentrate on something else to distract my attention if being in a wrong mood.

Everything can be the distraction if youre not in the mood for studying. For example the notifications from the social apps you have, or simply your own will to hang out with your friends.

實話說，我的學習效率和心情掛鉤。很多人都說自己心情不好的時候什么也不想做，但有時候消極情緒其實是我的動力。我是那種心情不好的時候需要集中精力在其他事上，從而分散排解壞情緒的人。如果你壓根兒沒心情學習，那對你來說，任何事都可能是干擾。比如你手機社交軟件的消息提示啦，又或者你自己飄著想和同學出去玩的心。

2. Would you prefer to relax alone or have fun with ppl? and why / 喜歡獨處or狂歡？

I used to be kind of introverted, but somehow as time goes by, my character has changed a bit. I still enjoy staying alone tho because I need sometime for self-reflection, but now I also love to socialise with ppl as talking with others can definitely put me at ease.
