英官方確認(rèn)恢復(fù)PSW留學(xué)生工簽！

12月19日，英國(guó)政府在議會(huì)上公布了新的移民白皮書，其中提到在英畢業(yè)的國(guó)際留學(xué)生（學(xué)士、碩士、博士學(xué)位）可得到更長(zhǎng)的簽證時(shí)間，留在英國(guó)找工作。

相關(guān)部分白皮書內(nèi)容如下：

The White Paper proposals will also ensure there is no limit on the number ofgenuine international stuents, who can come to the UK to stuy. Proposalsexten the time they can stay post-stuy to fin employment to six monthsfor those who have complete a bachelor's or master's egree an 12 monthsfor those who have complete a PhD.

英國(guó)內(nèi)政大臣薩吉德·賈維德（Saji Javi）在下議院提出，英國(guó)未來將重視以技能為基礎(chǔ)的移民制度，取消世界各地高技術(shù)移民的上限，并改善國(guó)際學(xué)生在英國(guó)找工作的條件。

什么是PSW簽證？

PSW（Post-stuy work）visa，它旨在讓擁有本科學(xué)士學(xué)位、研究生碩士學(xué)位、博士學(xué)位的國(guó)際留學(xué)生，在畢業(yè)之后，有時(shí)間在英國(guó)找工作或者開展商業(yè)活動(dòng)。

但是這個(gè)簽證，曾在2012年4月被現(xiàn)任首相特雷莎·梅取消了（當(dāng)時(shí)梅姨還是內(nèi)政大臣）…在此以前，來英國(guó)留學(xué)的海外學(xué)生在畢業(yè)后可以向英國(guó)移民局申請(qǐng)時(shí)長(zhǎng)為2年的PSW簽證，畢業(yè)生不需要任何的擔(dān)保，擁有該簽證的學(xué)生在英國(guó)沒有任何工作限制，也不一定非要找到工作。

新政策對(duì)學(xué)生的影響

在這份長(zhǎng)達(dá)166頁的白皮書中，寧然咨詢師摘取了其中幾點(diǎn)關(guān)于學(xué)生方面，比較重點(diǎn)的內(nèi)容：

In future, once introuce, non-visa national short-term stuentswill require an Electronic Travel Authorisation to enter the UK.

針對(duì)免簽英國(guó)國(guó)家的學(xué)生，在新政之后，需獲得電子授權(quán)才可進(jìn)入英國(guó)。

Following the recent MAC report on stuents, we inten to improve the current

offer to those who have complete a egree who want to stay on in the UK to work afterthey have complete their stuies, by offering six months post-stuy leave to allmaster's stuents, an bachelor's stuents stuying at an institution with egreeawaring powers - giving them more time to fin permanent skille work an to worktemporarily uring that perio. Those who have complete a PhD will have a year.

學(xué)士學(xué)位、碩士學(xué)位在畢業(yè)后可得到6個(gè)月的簽證時(shí)間，在英國(guó)找工作；博士畢業(yè)生將得到一年的時(shí)間。

英國(guó)將允許讀本科或本科以上的學(xué)生在課程結(jié)束前，把他們的簽證轉(zhuǎn)為技術(shù)工簽（期限3個(gè)月），對(duì)于已經(jīng)畢業(yè)離開英國(guó)的，在2年內(nèi)，仍可申請(qǐng)此簽證。

取消工簽數(shù)量的上限

允許澳大利亞、加拿大、日本、新西蘭、美國(guó)、新加坡、韓國(guó)的公民在入境英國(guó)時(shí)與歐盟和英國(guó)公民一起入境。（持中國(guó)護(hù)照入境英國(guó)時(shí)，還是要走非歐盟通道，大家不要走錯(cuò)了）

新策的執(zhí)行時(shí)間

新的移民與邊境政策將在2021年分階段開始實(shí)行，所以今年、明年入學(xué)的小伙伴們可以嘗試在畢業(yè)后申請(qǐng)由由上面提到的3個(gè)月期限簽證~
